Ok so I guess I’ll start posting more about ecigs. Since I’m starting a new business around them. If you smoke cigarettes message me. I’ll tell you all about the benefits of switching to electronic cigarettes. If your like me you want to quit and maybe you have tried the ecigs at the liquor stores. These don’t do the job. But there are alternatives and the higher end slightly more complicated ecigs that deliver a good hit and an acceptable alternative to smoking. The health benefits are great and the switch isn’t anything like quitting or using the gum or patch. I haven’t had a cigarette since the day before the new year. Plus there are some really tasty Flavors and some awesome tobacco Flavors

California Deputies Seize Phones from Witnesses After Beating Man to Death (5/10/13)

David Sal Silva, a 33-year-old father of four, died begging for his life, fighting up to nine law enforcement officers.

People who say they witnessed the incident as well as Silva’s family members described a scene in which deputies essentially were beating a helpless man to death. They were indignant that cellphone video had been taken away by deputies.

“My brother spent the last eight minutes of his life pleading, begging for his life,” said Christopher Silva, 31, brother of the dead man. He said he’s talked to witnesses but did not see the incident himself.

At about midnight, Ruben Ceballos, 19,was awakened by screams and loud banging noises outside his home. He said he ran to the left side of his house to find out who was causing the ruckus.

“When I got outside I saw two officers beating a man with batons and they were hitting his head so every time they would swing, I could hear the blows to his head,” Ceballos said.

Silva was on the ground screaming for help, but officers continued to beat him, Ceballos said.

After several minutes, Ceballos said, Silva stopped screaming and was no longer responsive.

Actually, filming the police is a crime, depending on your state, but you can submit videos to local police departments anonymously. (though it would probably be better to submit them to state governments with locations).

Actually actually you are allowed to film any govt official (including police) while performing their duties in any state. And if you film something horrific I wouldn’t deliver it to the cops, tey are likely to cover it up. The media is where the justice would be brought.

Things have been very difficult lately. I have not been myself. And I know the road to get there again will be a hard one. The hardest yet. My heart is broken and my fear is high. My life could be over as I know it. My daughter is truly an amazing gift. I know now matter how hard I will be here for her. I can’t bear the thought of not being with her everyday but that is a possibility. Please all oft friends and people who read this I don’t know. If you are religious pray for me and my family. If your not please just send me some hope that we can make this better. I love my girlfriend and I love our family. I want it forever. Please send me something to make all this better.
